Description

Bucket chain conveyor is also called trough conveyor, and it can transport materials horizontally or inclined along the track. SDB continuous bucket chain conveyor is designed by ISO2140-1975,can be arranged horizontally or inclined. It suitable for conveying materials with high temperature(≤600℃) and long distance(bulk density≤2t/m3). It is mainly used to convey clinker aggregate in cement industry as well convey materials with high temperature and grinding and scuplture abrasion in chemical , aluminum magnesium, metallurgy and power industry.

Application

Wildly used in power station, mine and coal. Bucket chain conveyor can convey various bulk materials with strong adaptability,such as：boiler ash, cement clinker,slag, coke and gravel. It is particularly suitable for some high temperature, large capacity, large block, with sharp angle and strong grinding.

Thus machine is suitable for loose, granular and bulk materials without adhesive, particularly for conveying large , sharp block with high temperature(such as cement clinker). Meanwhile, it can completes cooling,cleaning process simultaneously.

Materials

Working Principle

The chain bucket conveyor is composed of a transmission device, a head device, a running part, a tail device and a feeding device. The sprocket pull bucket filled with material operating along the track, and material will be discharged from the head housing so as to achieve the purpose of conveying. Bucket chain conveyor is a device can both horizontal conveying and vertical lifting.

During operation, material is introduced form feeding inlet and stored in the hopper. Then the chain pull hopper to convey material. When the hopper  reaches head wheel, its direction of operation will be changed so that material will be discharged. In the whole process, for its low delivery speed there is no relative slip between clinker and hopper, therefore, less wear and breakdown appear. And material can be transferred from the bottom of the cooler to the top of the clinker silo with less power dust into environment.

Maintenance

1.Regularly check the equipment to ensure handling breakdown on time.

3.Regularly checking the operation and wear of the chain, timely troubleshooting and replacement of damaged parts can prevent the abnormal meshing operation of the chain and the sprocket.

4.Maintain motor and reducer based on each requirement.
