Description

Our scraper chain conveyor is a general-purpose fixed mechanized conveying equipment, which is divided into light plate, medium plate and heavy plate. At present, the main products are medium plate (HB) and heavy plate (BZ). Using steel plate as carrier, it is suitable for conveying massive loose materials and unit load, especially for large, heavy hot scorching hot and corrosive materials. Because of its specific characters, it is wildly used in machinery, casting, metallurgy, chemical industry, building materials, power, mining and other industrial sectors. Our scraper chain conveyor’s plate edge is up to 80-120mm, which can be changed based on sort of conveying materials and quantity. The material is stored on the chain plate continuously, so in order to prevent leakage of material, the inclination angle of the chain conveyor is no more than 15°. 

Application

Working Principle 

The chain plate conveyor adopts the high-strength die forging chain with a certain pitch as the traction piece. The two chains passing around a pair of drive sprockets  on the head and a pair of tension pulley of the body tail form a closed loop. Fitted with overlapping and heavy structure, these two chains form a continuous transmission line. The chain wheel and chute beam support dead weight and material’s weight. The gearing, being connected with the reducer by AC variable frequency speed control motor, and then through the rising set connecting with the driving device , makes drive carrier run at a low speed. Then gearing discharge the  materials which are form the tail bin into the front of the body along the transmission line and achieve the purpose of continuous feeding.

Advantage

1.Strong adaptability. Suitable for conveying loose material and granular material, particularly for large and massive,hot (less than 400 degrees) materials with sharp edges. In addition, the process of cooling, cleaning and drying can be completed simultaneously.

3.The chain plate with stamping welding structure is overlapping to ensure no leakage in working and have a greater carrying capacity. The traction chain is made of high-quality materials and through scientific heat treatment, it has good performance in wear resistance, tensile strength, impact resistance, long service life.

4.Instead of sliding friction, our scraper chain conveyor adopt rolling friction for  it low running resistance, conveying materials up to 70 meters.

5.The angle is 0°-15°, if you want large angle you can select chain bucket conveyor of our company.

Maintenance

1.Check the reducer power supply, traction fluid, oil level before working. The traction liquid must be UB-1 or UB-3, which has traction, lubrication and heat dissipation. That means it cannot be replaced in any cases, otherwise the reducer will be damaged.

2.The working temperature of the reducer is no more than 65 ℃, and the temperature rise is less than 40 ℃.(Surface temperature not exceeding 90 ℃)

3.Clough must be closed in order to restart it with no load. This approach can protect the motor, reducer and chain plate, and extend its service life.

4.In the process of using the feeder, it is necessary to establish the maintenance period table. The assigned person should inspect and maintenance on time based on equipment instruction.

5.All lubricating parts should be lubricated according to the regulations, including add calcium-based grease to chain pin shaft and sprocket tooth surface once a month. Chain, pin and roller should be cleaned and maintenance after using half a year. Pay attention to oil level of the reducer is whether in line with the requirements, and change reducer’s oil half a year.
