3..Our company directly against  the sludge which have high moisture content, high viscosity, high water holding capacity and lower heating values characteristic materials,Specially research and designing the sludge exclusive use for drying equipment,and made special design in the dryer internal structur, not only improve the thermal efficiency,but also effectively avoids the adhesion and excessive drying of the sludge in the drying machine.Rotary dryer has single cylinder, double cylinder and three-cylinder dryer, it is used in different industries and different materials.

Suitable materials

Working Principle

1.Wet material which needs drying is feeded into the hopper by the belt conveyor or bucket elevator, and then the hopper feeder enters to the feeding end through the feed pipe. The slope of the feeding pipe is greater than the natural dip angle of the material so that the material flows smoothly into the dryer. The dryer cylinder is a rotating cylinder slightly inclined to the horizontal line.

2.The material is added from the higher end, the heat carrier enters from the lower end, and countercuttent contact with the material, and the heat carrier and the material flow into the cylinder together get to co-current contact. With the rotation of the cylinder, the material moves to the lower end by gravity action. When the wet material moves forward in the cylinder, the heating of the heat carrier is obtained directly or indirectly, so that the wet material is dried, and then sent out at the discharging end by the belt conveyor or chain bucket conveyor.

3.A plate (lifting plate) is arranged on the inner wall of the cylinder, and the function  is to copy and then scatter the material so as to increase the contact surface between the material and the airflow, to increase the drying rate and promote the material advance. Heat carriers are generally divided into hot air, flue gas, furnace in fluid bed, etc.. The heat carrier usually needs cyclone dust collector after the dryer to collect the material in the gas. If you need to further reduce the amount of dust contained in the exhaust gas, it should also be discharged after a bag filter or a wet dust collector.
